Danish Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup butter
    1 cup sugar
    1 egg
    2 tablespoons strong coffee
    1 1/2 teaspoons dark rum
    2 1/2 cups flour
    2 tablespoons flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup finely chopped almonds
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar. Add egg, coffee, and rum.
    Add flour mixture and almonds.
    Chill mixture at least one hour, roll out 1/8 inch thick and cut.
    Bake in ungreased pan at 375 for 12 minutes.
