Mediterranean Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs uncooked ground lamb (you can try other ground meats or combos of for a slightly different flavor)
    2 cups Italian style breadcrumbs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
    1 (6 ounce) can small pitted black olives
    1 cup diced onion (frozen is ok)
    3 tablespoons jamaican curry powder (I used hot)
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    3 tablespoons soy sauce
Preparation
    In a large bowl combine all of the above ingredients.
    Knead ingredients together until thoroughly blended.
    Place the meat mixture in a non stick roasting pan and pat to form into a loaf shape.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0F oven for about 45 minutes.
