Fried Soft Shell Crabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup flour (more or less)
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    fat (for frying)
    1 pinch salt
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk.
    Add salt.
    Dip crabs thoroughly in egg and milk mixture,.
    then in flour and baking powder which have been mixed.
    Have hot fat about 1/2\" deep and cook until golden brown.
    Serve with tartar sauce.
