Canned Tuna & Pringle Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (5 ounce) cans tuna, in water, drained
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/2 cup potato chips, light Pringles crushed
    2 tablespoons Miracle Whip, fat free
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    cooking spray
Preparation
    Mix together the first six ingredients. Shape into small patties, like crab cakes. It will be a wetter mixture than you expect.
    Heat a skillet over medium high heat with cooking spray.
    Brown tuna cakes on each side for 1-2 minutes, or until brown.
    Serve with some mayonnaise (or like my hubby prefers Miracle Whip) and dill pickles.
