Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
    1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    5 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup chopped green onion
    2 teaspoons chopped parsley
    1 tomatoes, thinly sliced
    9 inches unbaked pie shells
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Squeeze cooked spinach and drain.
    Combine cream cheese, eggs, cheddar cheese, salt, onion, parsley and spinach; pour into pie shell.
    Place tomatoes on top and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350 for 35 mins.
