Green Goddess Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

19 ounces chickpeas
3 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
5 ounces fresh spinach
salt
Preparation

Drain chickpeas, reserving liquid.
Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth.
Add reserved chickpea liquid as needed to obtain desired consistency.
