Chicken China Moon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
    2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped
    2 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons soy sauce
    4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin
    2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
    cooked rice, to serve
Preparation
    Combine sesame seeds, ginger, sugar and soy sauce.
    Grill chicken over medium coals, or broil 6 inches from heat source, until cooked through, about 4 minutes per side. Baste with soy mixture frequently.
    Garnish with green onions and serve over rice.
