Crust
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup flour
Filling
1 egg
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup broken pecans (approximately)
Preparation

Mix crust ingredients with a mixer until dough forms.
Divide into 24 cups of a mini-muffin pan.
Press dough onto sides and bottom of pan. (Pampered chef has a wooden \"pusher\" tool that does this for you automatically.).
Mix egg, sugar, and vanilla in a small bowl or measuring cup.
Place several broken pecans in bottom of each dough-lined cup.
Spoon filling over pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes.
