Carob Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 banana
    1 cup dates
    1 cup soymilk or 1 cup water
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups old fashioned oats
    1 cup carob chips
    1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Place banana, dates, soy milk or water, vanilla, & salt in blender & mix until smooth.
    Put oats, carob chips & walnuts in a large bowl & mix.
    Add blended mixture to bowl & mix well.
    Form into cookies.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes.
