Mediterranean Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 4 ounces)
2 small ripe tomatoes, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon oregano
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Chill for 1 hour.
Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
