Sauce Batarde - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 tablespoons flour
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1 cup water, boiling
    2 egg yolks, beaten with
    2 teaspoons heavy cream
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    6 tablespoons butter
Preparation
    Beat together the flour and 2 T melted butter.
    Pour boiling water over and whisk to mix.
    Whisk in yolk/cream mixture.
    Whisk in lemon juice.
    Keep warm until serving time.
    Whisk in remaining butter.
