Apple Chunk Bread For The Bread Machine - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 cups bread flour
2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
1 1/3 cups peeled and diced apples

Preparation

Put the first 7 ingredients in the pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Set for a medium crust.
At the beep add the peeled and diced apples.
