Robyn'S Potato & Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs frozen hash browns
    16 ounces sour cream
    2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
    4 cups colby-monterey jack cheese (shredded)
    2 teaspoons salt (or less)
    2 teaspoons pepper (or less)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a large bowl, combine hashbrowns, brocolli, salt and pepper until thoughroughly mixed.
    Add sour cream and stir.
    Spoon half of the mixture into 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Top with half of the cheese.
    Spoon remaining mixture on top and finish with a final layer of cheese.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minute or until the center of casserole is hot.
