Piquant Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken thigh fillets, cut into bite -sized pieces
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    3 tomatoes, diced
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    2 tablespoons capers
    2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
    2 teaspoons brown sugar
    salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Heat the oil and add the garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
    Add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes over high heat.
    Add the tomatoes,basil,capers and balsamic vinegar.
    Bring ot the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 8 minutes,uncovered.
    Stir in the brown sugar and season with salt and pepper.
