Sesame Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cloves garlic
1 cup parsley
1 1/3 cups roasted sesame seeds (roast on a hot pan until golden)
1 lemon, juice of
7 ounces vegetable broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation

Grind sesame in a blender or food processor on high for 15 seconds or until very fine.
Add all the other ingredients and blend until smooth.
