Parmesan Cornflake Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup corn flakes, crushed
1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
6 tablespoons butter, melted
2 -3 lbs broiler or 2 -3 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, cut up and skin removed
Preparation

In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
Place butter in another shallow bowl.
Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture.
Place in a greased 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
