Whole Grain Blueberry-Ful Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup nonfat milk (soured with vinegar)
    1 tablespoon applesauce
    2 teaspoons canola oil
    2 egg whites
    1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Make a well in the center of the mix and add wet ingredients.
    Mix just until combined, then fold in berries.
    Bake 18-20 minutes at 400.
