Kilawin Na Tanigue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    500 g kingfish
    6 shallots
    1 small brown onion
    250 ml white vinegar
    2 tablespoons ginger
    2 green chilies
    1 tablespoon salt
    1/2 tablespoon ground black pepper
Preparation
    Cut the fish into 2cm cubes.
    Thinly slice the shallots.
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
    Chop the onion finely.
    Transfer to a Kilawin to a serving bowl and garnish with the chopped onion.
    Serve cold.
