Southwestern Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large haas avocados
    2 tablespoons sour cream
    1/2 cup shredded jalapeno jack cheese
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 1/2 ounces sun-dried tomatoes, drained and diced
    1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
    1 teaspoon hot sauce
    1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and pit avacados into a medium mixing bowl.
    Smash avacado until a majority of the lumps are gone.
    Stir in sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, and hot sauce. Mix until well incorporated.
    Taste and adjust salt/pepper to your preference.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    When ready to serve, stir in tomatos and cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
    Serve with tortilla chips or scoops.
