Baked Chicken Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless (or chicken breasts)
    4 teaspoons scampi, spice blend (Scampi spice blend (Wildtree Scampi Blend)
    2 tablespoons natural grapeseed oil
    1 tablespoon garlic (minced)
    1 cup water or 1 cup chicken broth
    1 1/2 cups rice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 baking pan. Pour ingredients into pan. Add 1 cup water or chicken broth and bake for 45 minutes.
    Serve over rice cooked according to package direction.
