Leek Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cups leeks, cleaned and chopped in food processor
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch sugar
salt
pepper
olive oil
Preparation

Prepare the batter. Mix the leaks into it.
Fry like little pancakes in a bit of olive oil.
