Mini Frankfurts In Pastry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sheets puff pastry
400 g cocktail franks
homemade tomato sauce or relish
1 egg, beaten
poppy seed (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200\u00b0C Cut each sheet of puff pastry into 12 squares. Brush each with tomato sauce. Place a frankfurt in the middle of each square and roll. Brush pastry with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds if using.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
