Creamed Swede - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 swedes, about 1 kg, coarsely chopped
    125 ml pouring cream
Preparation
    Place swede in pot, cover with water.
    Bring to the boil over high heat, cook till tender about 30 minutes.
    Drain well, pulse in food processor till smooth.
    Return to saucepan, add cream.
    Stir over medium heat till thick, about 3 minutes.
    Season to taste.
