Low-Fat Sugar-Free Vanilla Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
    2/3 cup skim milk
    1/4 cup applesauce
    3 tablespoons canola oil
    3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix wet ingredients.
    Sift in dry ingredients.
    Fill cupcake liners three quarters full with batter.
    Bake for approximately 25 minutes.
    Cool completely.
