Kitchen Sink Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb lean ground beef or 1 lb turkey
1 cup chopped onion
6 cups cubed potatoes
4 medium carrots, sliced
1 cup celery, diced
1 (19 ounce) can green beans, drained
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup kidney bean, rinsed and drained
1 cup uncooked rice
2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups water
Preparation

Brown meat and onion together, drain grease.
Combine all ingredients in a large casserole dish and cover with a tight fitting lid.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until all vegetables are cooked through and tender.
