Blueberry Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 ounces blueberries (frozen)
    6 ounces red wine vinegar
    6 ounces honey
    4 ounces brown sugar
    16 ounces safflower oil
Preparation
    Blend one and half bags of frozen blueberries. Place rest of blueberries to the side and let thaw. Place remaining ingredients except for oil in large container. Place immersion blender in container and blend. Add remaining blueberries to mixture, then slowly add oil blending ingredients to create emulsification. Place in container, label, date and refrigerate.
