Dill Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 ounces elbow macaroni
    1 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup thinly sliced green pepper
    1/4 cup thinly sliced carrot
    2 tablespoons chopped pimiento
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon sugar
    2 tablespoons onion flakes
    1 teaspoon dill weed
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    1/8 teaspoon white pepper
    1 dash cayenne
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on the package. Drain and cool.
    Add celery, green pepper, carrots and pimiento.
    Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over macaroni and toss to mix thoroughly. Chill before serving.
