1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons white wine
1 cup black olives, chopped
2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, white wine, black olives, cheddar cheese, and parsley together.
Form into ball; roll in sunflower seeds.
