Raita (Cook'S Illustrated) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup plain yogurt
    2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro leaves
    1 medium garlic clove, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 1 teaspoon)
    table salt, to taste
    cayenne pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together. Refrigerate until needed.
