Ingredients

1 cup steel cut oats, uncooked
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation

Combine 1st 3 ingredients in the crock pot.
Cover and cook on LOW for overnight (about 8 hours).
Stir in nuts and brown sugar.
Drizzle syrup over each serving.
