Easy Curry Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    28 g butter or 28 g margarine
    1 medium onion, diced
    28 g flour
    1 tablespoon curry powder
    250 ml water
    1 beef stock cube
Preparation
    Put butter into small saucepan over medium heat when hot add onion and fry until translucent. Add rest of ingredients stir until sauce is smooth and thickened.
