Fudge Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
    2/3 cup evaporated milk
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 dash salt
    1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
    4 ounces mini marshmallows
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
    1 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
    In heavy 2 quart saucepan, combine 1st 4 ingredients.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat.
    Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; Immediately add chocolate chips and marshmallows. (If you use large marshmallows, quarter them first).
    Stir until marshmallows and chocolate are melted.
    Stir in vanilla and nuts (opt). Spread into a buttered 9\"x9\" pan.
    Cool.
    Cut into small squares.
