Pasta With Ham & Sourcream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 small onion, diced
    8 ounces smoked lean ham
    10 ounces frozen peas
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 medium garlic clove, minced
    1 lb bow tie pasta
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    4 ounces monterey jack cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta according to directions.
    Cook peas according to directions.
    Heat oil, add onion and saute.
    add mushrooms and saute.
    add garlic and saute.
    add ham and cook until heated.
    Remove pan from heat.
    Stir in sour cream, peas, salt and pepper.
    Toss ham mixture, hot pasta and cheese in a large serving.
