Crock Pot Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter
    3 cups cooked white rice (basmati or jasmine)
    1/2 cup raisins or 1/2 cup cranberries
    1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (my addition)
    1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
    12 ounces half-and-half cream
    3/4 teaspoon cinnamon or 1/2 cinnamon stick
Preparation
    Butter the inside of a 2-2 1/2 quart slow cooker.
    Mix all the ingredients together in the crock pot.
    Cover and cook on LOW 2-2 1/2 hours or until liquid is absorbed. (^^Read intro.^^).
    Serve warm.
