Mrs. M'S Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup Kellogg's all-bran cereal (not flakes or buds)
    1 cup 2% low-fat milk (don't use non fat milk)
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
    1 teaspoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 egg
    1/2 cup vegetable oil
    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup golden raisin
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    In a large bowl, combine cereal and milk. Let sit for a minute.
    Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Place paper muffin cups in a muffin tin, and fill with mixture.
    Bake for 19 minutes.
    Let cool. Enjoy.
    Instead of chocolate chips and raisins, you may use fresh blueberries or raisins or chocolate chips.
