Apple, Raisin And Pineapple Crumble - cooking recipe

6 apples, pared, cored and cut into slices
3/4 cup golden raisin
5 1/2 ounces pineapple chunks in juice, drained (reserve 2 T of the juice)
2 tablespoons pineapple juice
1/2 lemon, juice of
1/8 cup white sugar
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
CRUMB TOPPING
1 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
6 tablespoons butter, melted
Preparation

Combine the apple slices, raisins, drained pineapple and sprinkle with the lemon and pineapple juices.
Toss lightly with a mixture of 1/8 C each of white and brown sugar and 1/4 t of cinnamon.
Put into a large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
In a medium size bowl (while the apples are starting their cooking), mix the dry crumb topping ingredients together, then moisten with the melted butter.
Top the apple mixture with the crumb topping and bake for another 30-35 minutes.
