Romaine Salad Tossed With Chickpeas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head romaine lettuce, torn
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1/2 cup green olives
    1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
    1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    3 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    In a serving bowl, place lettuce, tomatoes, chickpeas and olives.
    In a small bowl, combine anchovy paste, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil. Pour over salad and serve.
