Taste Of The Islands - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 cups sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup light corn syrup
1 1/4 cups coconut
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 unbaked pie shell (9-10 inch)
whipped fresh cream, optional
Preparation

Mix sugar and flour; add next 5 ingredients.
Mix well and pour into pie shell.
Bake at 350* for 55-60 minutes, until knife comes out clean.
Cool.
Chill.
Serve with whipped cream.
