Classic Bouquet Garni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 -4 parsley sprigs
    1 small bay leaf
    1 large fresh thyme sprig
    1 piece celery (about 3 inches long )
    1 -2 leek, strips
Preparation
    Make ingredients into a bundle with the herbs on the inside .
    Lightly tie with white string.
    Leave a long enough \"tail\" to tie to the handle of the pan for easy removal at the end of cooking.
