Breakfast Banana-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
    1 1/2 cups mashed bananas (I used 3)
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 cup macadamia nuts
    2 tablespoons flax seed meal
Preparation
    Combine sugar and butter until creamy.
    Add egg, mix well.
    Add oatmeal, bananas, and vanilla.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a seperate bowl, and then add to banana mixture until just moistened.
    Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray & flour.
    Pour in batter.
    Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
