Ingredients

2 (28 ounce) cans tomatoes
2 (28 ounce) cans peaches
2 (28 ounce) cans pears
4 large apples
4 medium onions
6 celery ribs
3 cups vinegar
3 cups sugar
2 tablespoons pickling spices (in cheesecloth or a spice ball)
Preparation

Chop fruits and vegetables.
Place all ingredients in a large pot.
Cook on medium heat for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
