Goats Milk Caramel Fudge Sauce (Cajeta Fudge Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups goat's milk
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 tablespoon butter
    4 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Cook goat milk, sugar and baking soda in a large, heavy pot to a thick syrup.
    Whisk in the butter and vanilla.
    Whisk in the chocolate chips.
