Self Basting Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs ground pork
    1 1/2 lbs ground cooked ham
    1/2 cup breadcrumbs
    1 small yellow onion, chopped (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon white pepper or 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 cup brown sugar
    1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, partially drained
    1/4 cup mustard (I use spicy brown)
Preparation
    Prehat oven to 350 degrees.
    Spray a cooke sheet with cooking spray.
    In a large bowl mix all of the loaf ingredients well.
    Shape into a loaf on cookie sheet.
    Bake@ 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
