Mango Tango (Smoothie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 cups 1% low-fat milk (or whatever kind of milk you prefer)
    1 1/2 cups mangoes (fresh or frozen in chunks)
    2 tablespoons frozen orange-peach-mango juice concentrate (or frozen fruit-mango concentrate)
    1 handful of crushed ice (about 4 ice cubes)
    1 dash almond extract, optional but recommended
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients until smooth.
