The Best Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs frozen southern style hash brown potatoes
    8 ounces shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
    1 (10 ounce) can campbell's cream of chicken and mushroom soup
    1/2 large onion, diced
    2 tablespoons Oscar Mayer real bacon bits
    1/2 cup melted butter
    1/2 cup sour cream
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    1. Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
    2. Place in greased 9x13 glass dish.
    3. Bake at 350 for an hour or until center is bubbly and top is slightly brown.
