Fruit Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups flour
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 cup melted butter
    1 egg
    3/4 cup milk
    1 cup fruit cocktail, well drained
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
    Mix together melted butter, egg and milk and add to dry ingredients.
    Stir just until mixed and then fold in fruit cocktail.
    Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400\u00b0 for about 25 minutes.
