Blue Cheese & Chive Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sour cream
    1 cup light mayonnaise
    1 cup crumbled blue cheese
    1 1/2 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon lemon juice (to taste)
    4 tablespoons finely chopped chives (to taste)
    kosher salt, to taste
    fresh ground pepper, to taste
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Season dip with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chips or crackers.
