Vietnamese Mint Lemonade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

110 g caster sugar
1/2 cup ice
250 ml fresh lemon juice
2 lemons, sliced
1 bunch mint leaf
2 1/2 liters mineral water
Preparation

Place the sugar in the bottom of a large jug.
Add ice, lemon juice, the slices of lemon, the mint and top up with the mineral water.
Serve in glasses with straws.
