Bick'S Signature Burger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup bick's zesty onion relish
    1/4 cup bick's savoury tomato relish
    1 lb ground beef
    3/4 cup breadcrumbs
    2 eggs
    1 tablespoon prepared mustard
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    4 bick's sandwich saver pickles, Hot and Spicy
    1 1/2 ounces cheddar cheese, divided into 4 equal slices
Preparation
    Lightly grease pan or grill and preheat broiler or grill to high. Combine first 8 ingredients in large bowl, mixing just until combined. Set aside.
    Fold each pickle in half. pressing down to create a fold. Layer with a dice of cheddar cheese in center of each burger, smoothing meat to close up.
    Broil or barbecue 10 minutes on high, turn and continue cooking 8-10 minutes longer, until no longer pink inside.
