Low Fat Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2/3 cup skim milk
    2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix together dry ingredients.
    Add milk and whisk until smooth.
    Pour batter into lightly greased 8x8 inch pan.
    Sprinkle blueberries on top.
    Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0F oven for 40 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Serve and eat.
